Your emotional energy is your raw vitality. All your feelings are your own. They are neither negative nor positive. How you use them and how it works may be good or bad for you. At BTP, we offer coaching to help you get to know your energy so you can better use it to achieve your goals. When you know your feelings really well and aren't afraid of them, but of what is realistic to be afraid of, you can fine-tune and ripen your expressions and actions and thus get much more joy and benefit from your strength and energy. This is one of the cores of Dynamic Coaching.
One of the things we look at during coaching is your nervousness and anxiety relative to the actual challenges. Nervousness and anxiety inhibit emotions: they force the feelings out of the consciousness - and then we do something rushed instead - without realizing that's what we do. We create a defensive routine: Change the subject, leave, change the task, ponder, take a beer, get a headache. And this is where we waste a lot of time, energy and well-being. At least 30% of working hours goes straight down the drain.
It is therefore crucial to your well-being and your success that you get to know your feelings, so that you can use the energy they have evoked within you to your well-chosen goals - so that it works for you.
