Anna Birte is Associate Senior Consultant at BTP. Anna Birte handles assignments with strategic leadership development in collaboration with the management team and dynamic coaching of leaders. She uses her skills in dynamic coaching, based on her long leadership experience and education, and supports the leaders and management team in managing change processes to ensure direction and dedication.

From 1998 to 2012, Anna Birte was employed as CEO at Horsens Regional Hospital. Here she, together with two others in charge of 1,600 employees, was responsible for her financial responsibility and was responsible for 750 million kroner.

Anna Birte was responsible for accreditation and, as the first hospital, achieved the highest rating – along with 1 600 workers. During this period, she also received a prize for creating the healthiest public workplace. In addition, Anna Birte has a good deal of consulting experience at national level as well as in board assignments, which has given her a solid background for supporting top executives as well as providing strategic management advice.

Anna Birte lives near the sea, south of Aarhus, where she and her husband enjoy life on the countryside. In the summer, the sails are set and the course is often set towards faraway coasts. In addition, mountain hiking in Andalusia is an annual "must". Anna Birte has two adult sons, daughters-in-law and is - so far - a grandmother of two.

Life is painting a picture, not doing a sum.

I feel that Anna Birte has a good overview as a leader and an in-depth ability to work with the company's vision and strategies. She uses this focus to develop areas that promote company development, also when it includes cultural change and new thinking.
