Fredrik has over 15 years of experience in quality and improvement work in roles such as Lean Master Trainer, project manager, supervisor, coach, workshop leader, consultant and manager. In addition, Fredrik has also been responsible for a number of major change projects within, in particular, culture and leadership, including the introduction of a new foundation of values, a leadership philosophy and a code of conduct in order to ensure an entire organization's focus on keeping high quality in everything that one does. Fredrik always works with a clear connection between culture, leadership and practical approach. Fredrik has great experience in working with an organization on all levels, from the management team to the individual employee.

In order to be successful in their work, cooperation, problem solving and a holistic perspective are important guiding principles for Fredrik.
