How do you build a strong and effective training organization? This question was the focus of the BTP Nordic and Champ networking-day in February 2025. This one-day event featured a series of presentations and practical demonstrations, providing participants with insights into how the TWI Job Instuction (TWI JI) can support training, competency management, and leadership development.

Introduction to TWI & Demonstration of TWI Job Instruction

TWI is a method that has helped organizations worldwide improve their training and standardization of work processes. The event kicked off with an introduction to TWI’s history and its three core programs: Job Instruction, Job Relations, and Job Methods. The main focus was on TWI Job Instruction, giving participants a glimpse into how a Job Trainer is trained. The session concluded with a practical demonstration of the TWI JI 4-Step Method, illustrating the effectiveness of a structured training approach.
